I understand how it feels when you invest all your time and energy into training for a race and still feel like you're not hitting your goals.

When first training for races, I made rookie mistakes like not wearing the right shoe, starting out too fast, not fueling my body properly, not sleeping enough and not stretching before or after workouts that left me constantly feeling burnt out and disappointed in myself.

Over the past 10 years, I have completed 3 marathons to several 10ks and everything in between. I want to help you take your training to new levels and find your competitive edge.
