Here's a sample hill workout to kickstart your journey:

  1. Warm-Up: 10 minutes of easy jogging on flat ground.
  2. Hill Sprint: Find a moderate hill. Sprint up for 30 seconds.
  3. Recovery: Walk or jog back down.
  4. Repeat: Start with 5 reps, gradually increasing as you grow more comfortable.
  5. Cool Down: 10 minutes of easy jogging or walking.
